RotGone (FeiRus LLC) ("RotGone," "we," "us") is a wood repair and restoration company based at 551 Bloomfield Ave, West Caldwell, NJ 07006. This policy explains, in plain language, what information we collect when you contact us or use rotgone.com, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you contact us — by phone, text, email, or a form on this site — we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email address, property address, the photos and videos you send of the damage, and the details of your project. Phone calls to our numbers may be recorded or logged, and we use call-tracking technology, which means the number you dial from an ad or a search result may be a tracking number that records the call's date, duration, your caller ID, and the source that led you to us. We use this to answer you properly and to know which of our advertising actually works.
When you browse this site, we collect standard analytics information through cookies and similar tools: pages visited, time on site, device and browser type, approximate location, and the search or ad that brought you here. We use services such as Google Analytics and advertising platforms for this. You can limit cookies in your browser settings; the site works fine without them.
What we use it for
Four things, and only these: responding to your inquiry and preparing your estimate; scheduling and performing your repair; running our business (invoicing, warranty records, service follow-up); and measuring and improving our advertising. If you've done business with us, we may occasionally contact you about your project or warranty. We don't run spam campaigns, and you can tell us to stop contacting you at any time.
What we don't do
We do not sell your personal information. Not to lead brokers, not to marketers, not to anyone. We share information only with the service providers who help us operate — phone and call-tracking providers, analytics and advertising platforms, invoicing software, and the like — and only as needed for them to do their jobs, or where the law requires disclosure.
Photos of your project
Before-and-after photos of repairs are part of how we document our work. We sometimes use project photos in our portfolio and marketing; these never include your name, address, or anything identifying your home's location, and if you'd rather your project not be used at all, tell us and it won't be.
Retention and deletion
We keep project records for as long as they're useful for warranty and business purposes. If you want the personal information we hold about you corrected or deleted, email office@windowserv.com or call (973) 564-0958 and we'll take care of it — we may need to keep what the law or an active warranty obliges us to keep, and we'll tell you if so.
Your choices
You can browse this site with cookies limited or blocked; you can ask us what information we hold about you; you can opt out of any follow-up contact by saying so in a reply, an email, or a call; and you can use an ad or content blocker without affecting how the site works. New Jersey residents also have rights under state privacy law regarding access, correction, and deletion of personal data — the email below is the right channel for any of those requests, and we respond to all of them.
Children
This site is for homeowners and businesses; we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes and contact
