Wood Rot Repair Across New Jersey
New Jersey has some of the oldest wood housing stock in the country — and a climate that attacks it from every side. We repair that wood instead of replacing it, from Bergen County down to Cape May.

Southern New Jersey works for larger jobs — a full deck, a porch rebuild, a set of historic windows — rather than a single sill.
Not sure about your town? Send your ZIP with a photo of the damage — we'll tell you straight away whether we cover it, and we'd rather say no early than waste your week.
Old houses are our whole business.
A house built in 1925 has old-growth wood in it — dense, slow-grown timber with tight rings that modern lumber cannot match. That wood is worth saving, and it is almost always repairable even when a contractor tells you it isn't. A house built in 2005 has finger-jointed pine that rots faster and is rarely worth the same effort.
That's why our work concentrates in New Jersey's older towns — Victorians, colonials, Tudors and craftsman homes where original millwork, true divided lights and custom profiles still exist. Replacing those windows doesn't just cost more; it takes something out of the house that can't be bought back.
This isn't a full list — it's where we end up most often. If your town isn't here and your house is old, it's still very much our kind of job.
