What to send with your message
Whether you text or email, three things get you the fastest, most accurate answer: a couple of photos of the damage from different angles (one close, one showing the whole window or door), your town, and a line about what it's doing — won't open, won't stay open, soft wood, drafts, fog between panes. That's genuinely all we need; a craftsman looks at every photo that comes in, and most get a clear "here's what that is and roughly what it costs" the same day. No photo handy? A plain phone call works too — describe the problem and we'll tell you what to look for.
